The request ID is generated by the extension and may be used to associate this MongoDB\Driver\Monitoring\CommandStartedEvent with a later MongoDB\Driver\Monitoring\CommandFailedEvent or MongoDB\Driver\Monitoring\CommandSucceededEvent.
