Notification method for opening the topology

abstract public void MongoDB\Driver\Monitoring\SDAMSubscriber::topologyOpening(MongoDB\Driver\Monitoring\TopologyOpeningEvent $event)

If the subscriber has been registered, the driver will call this method when the topology is opened.
